Can you imagine having the strength of a buffalo?

"But thou shalt increase my strength like the strength of a buffalo; I shall be anointed with fresh oil. And mine eyes shall behold mine enemies; mine ears shall hear of them that rose up against me, of the wicked" Psalms 92:10-11

The buffalo is a beautiful creature characterized mainly by its large size and strength. It can reach a height of 1.7 meters in the back, 3.2 meters in length and weigh up to 1,000 kilograms. These capacities allow it to carry up to 2 tons of weight.

We would all like the strength of the buffalo to achieve all our objectives, our goals; that in difficult times we can get ahead, that there is no load that we cannot carry. But the buffalo has a power that goes unnoticed.

When the buffalo feels threatened by a predator, its hump distributes oil throughout its body, protecting it from the attacks of its attackers' claws. The claws slide off without harming the buffalo.

Imagine someone saying something hurtful to you and you don't get upset; terrible things happen around you and you can keep the peace to help if necessary. You will be at peace because your spirit is protected. Like the claws when they attacked the buffalo, they will slip and not cause you any harm.

Ask the Lord for the anointing of his spirit, may it cover your whole being, your heart, your spirit. May no strong word hurt you, may no insult annoy you, may no person or calamity rob you of the peace that the Lord has given you, because you are strong as a Buffalo.

God bless you!
